Returns & Exchanges

If your project(s) have already been printed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If we make a mistake on your order with the information you have provided us, we will gladly reprint your order. We are not responsible to reprint your order if you have made a mistake and supplied us with incorrect information. If you do make a mistake, please call us immediately (877-205-4090) so we can correct the issue before printing.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If you have supplied us with the correct information and we have made a mistake on your printed order, please do not send your purchase back to us. We will correct the issue and reship as needed. Lanyards must be unused when shipped back to us.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if we have made a mistake with the correct information you have supplied us, or they are defective and/or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <a href=“http://mailto:service@ticketsandbadges.com” target=“_blank”>service@ticketsandbadges.com</a> and send damaged/defective lanyards to: 2500 S. Fairview Street #F, Santa Ana, CA, 92704, United States.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your lanyards. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
